What to expect: a qualified guide will assist on the route to ensure you will get the best experience and knowledge of South Africa’s history, nature and culture. A delicious picnic will be prepared with homemade delicacies (on request)


it divides the frontal of Table Mountain from the Twelve Apostles. Stunning view of Lion's Head and Camps Bay beach. Diverse vegetation types of fynbos will be seen along the route, such as Erica coccinea and Protea nitida. Tea stop at the cave above Slangolie Ravine.

            What to wear:

  • Comfortable footwear (hiking boots or running shoes)

  • The weather is unpredictable in the mountain so please bring a raincoat and wear layers of clothes so you can take off and on.

  • Walking poles can be useful to not put strength on knees and ankles (optional)

  • Water (at least 1 litre if it is a hot day even more, a cup every 60 minutes)

  • Sunblock, daypack, camera and hat in summer

  • Long pants, beanie and gloves in winter

     Rules to follow on route:

  • Do not litter

  • Do not be too noisy

  • Do not pick up flowers

  • Do not trample vegetation

  • Do not interfere with the wildlife

  • Do not light fires

  • Do not play music

  • Always be prepared for bad weather

  • Never split up from the group 

  • Have your cell phone fully charged
